This is the "PolicyInterventionForm" form. To create a page with this form, enter the page name below; if a page with that name already exists, you will be sent to a form to edit that page.
Use a meaningful name for the intervention and finish with the component code in parentheses, e.g. Carbon tax (EC) for the 'Energy conversion' component. The Component code overview lists all codes.
