Label:	Suitability rules
Description:	Rules to allocate grid cells that could become harvested to fulfil the timber demand. Local conditions like slope & soil characteristics, population, protected areas, land-use characteristics, forest condition (i.e. rotation length ended?) Rules are quite similar to the rules for agriculture, accept those used to allocate additional deforestation.
